  22. Hi Julie,

Thanks for your comment on my blog. The color of green that I painted my cabinet was a bit of a mix, but I was aiming for Prairie Bush #6003-4B. I started with Gentle Pasture, one down from Prairie Bush but realized it was too light, so took the paint back and he turned it into Prairie Bush the best he could. It was semi gloss and Valspar paint from Lowes'. Actually I used their cheaper brand of paint, since this was just a piece of old junk, and that may also have made a slight difference in color. It also, of course, looks different in whatever light you see it in!

Hope you have a good day.

  23. Julie - the voting started - please recruit all your family and friends to vote for Lucy...she's running behind. She's got such an adorable costume on and in this Voting game people tend to get very competitive - especially when it comes to their pets.
I've already advertised and solicited votes in every venue I can think of, but I need your help too if Lucy is to win...she just needs a little help from mom and her friends ;-)

    Lots of love!
Doris - go Lucy, you can do it!

  28. Julie- I went to some of your archive posts- I remember you from the rooster party! I fell in love with your tablecloth. Well, guess what- last month I found the very same one at a yard sale. Bought it for a song- a whole dollar! I need to iron it and use it sometime this fall. Heck, maybe even for Thanksgiving on the serving table.
