Ssshhhh.... I have a secret.. I have a lot to celebrate....October 24TH is my Mom's Birthday! I am throwing her a big Surprise party, and you are all invited... So go RSVP now by signing up to follow so I know how many to plan for... There is a rumor that Baby cakes is turning 1 the day before October 23rd ,You know that little thing that comes over ALL THE TIME, takes my place on Moms lap, gets all the hugs and kisses that belong to me... OK, Ok I do know how to be nice....So I guess we can celebrate her #1 Birthday too...

SO I will be having 2 GIVE-A-WAY'S in October..... That's right 2 in October..........

I did not have much luck at the yard sales this weekend....... But look at what a great find I scored at the Estate Sale I went to ...... A Jim Shore original ..... Jim Shore grew up in rural South Carolina..... I love his work and was so happy that I found this at such a good price! This is a 2004 Jim Shore Design.... What a good looking boy.




Oh Look, Lucky me I scored Two Jim Shore originals..... Santa with birds is a 2002 Jim Shore design..... I am having a-give-away to celebrate my 1 month Blogoversary.... so come on over and check it out... The tea pot is made by Gibson.... I found the silver tray at G.W ......




The cute Jam and Jelly is a Holt-Howard collectible.....They were made in the late 1950's.....

I am using my Fiesta Ware Dishes.... I think you can dress them up or you can dress them down.....
